🔹 What jugs does The Jug Plug fit?

The Jug Plug fits 90–95% of standard 3- and 5-gallon water jugs, including most non-threaded and threaded jugs with a 45mm neck opening (the most common size).

It does not fit jugs with very small screw-top openings like the ones from New Wave Enviro or any glass jugs.

🔹 How do I know if it will fit my jug?

If your jug has a 43mm - 45mm opening, The Jug Plug will most likely fit.

🔹 Does The Jug Plug work with water dispensers?

We have two versions:

If you’re using a water cooler, go with Jug Plug 2.

🔹 Is it leak-proof?

Yes — The Jug Plug creates a tight, internal seal that prevents leaks and spills, even when the jug is tipped over.

(Unlike those cheap caps that pop off the second you sit them sideways.)

🔹 Is it safe for drinking water?

Absolutely. The Jug Plug is made from LFGB food-grade silicone that’s BPA-free and safe for long-term water contact.  LFGB exceeds the standards of the FDA. 

🔹 How do I clean The Jug Plug?

Just rinse with warm water and soap, or toss it in the top rack of your dishwasher.

🔹 Do you offer different colors or custom options?

The Jug Plug only comes in our signature blue.

🔹 What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. If your Jug Plug doesn’t fit, just reach out and we’ll make it right.

Note: Return shipping is not covered unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
